When you schedule an appointment with us, you are agreeing to our policies.
Permanent Makeup & Lash Services require a Booking Fee, which is credited to your appointment, unless you break one of our policies.
(please read detailed policies below!)
Other services require a credit card to guarantee your appointment time. You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation/rescheduling/no-show without a 6 hour prior notice. Payment is done upon checkout at time of service.

Appointment Booking Fee & Reservation:
A $100 Booking Fee will be needed in order to complete your first appointment. The Booking Fees will be credited toward the procedure fee. Booking Fees are non-refundable, non-transferable. (Women clients) If you have made a Booking Fee previous to finding out you are pregnant, your Booking Fee will be saved for your future appointment.
No Show Policy:
Any client that doesn't show up for a scheduled appointment will forfeit their Booking Fee and will be required to pay for any future appointments in full, prior to their scheduled appointments. NO EXCEPTIONS.
I screen all clients and I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
No children under 18 are allowed during procedure.
Two or more appointments may be necessary to achieve the desired look and complete most permanent make-up procedures depending on each persons skin.
Rescheduling / Late Policy:
To avoid unfair delays to clients, if you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointments it will be necessary to reschedule and a new booking fee will be required.
I understand that unpredictable things may happen that could force to postpone/reschedule your procedure. Please understand that such changes affect your technician but other clients as well. If you choose to reschedule your appointment, a minimum of 72 hours in advance notice is mandatory or the Booking Fee becomes non-refundable. To reschedule you will have to call/text 708.856.7017. No personal online rescheduling is allowed!
If you do not reschedule on time you will lose your Booking Fee and any future appointments will require a $100 Booking Fee to secure your appointment.
You may only reschedule the same appointment once or your Booking Fee becomes non-refundable!
Cancelling any appointment without it being rescheduled will cause forfeit of your Booking Fee.
Additional Treatment Policy:
Clients that have had permanent makeup performed by another technician will be charged in full price regardless of the procedure.
If you have had permanent eyebrows before you need to let Lucy know prior to your appointment.
It is up to her to decide whether or not the service will be performed. She does not do corrective work but does offer removal services.

A Booking Fee will be required to all new Lash Clients in order to complete your appointment. The Booking Fees will be credited toward the procedure fee. Booking Fees are non-refundable/non-transferable. We will invoice you to make that payment via the Email you provide us who booking.
24 Hour Rescheduling/Later Policy:
Due to the overwhelming demand for our service and limited appointment slots, it is critical that you provide us with at least 24 hours prior notice if you wish to reschedule your scheduled appointment. Having such advanced notice allows us to fill the applicable appointment slot from the waiting list of others requesting an appointment. Canceling an appointment will result in forfeiting the booking fee.
If you feel the need to reschedule your appointment with us for any reason (including events beyond your control), you must notify us as soon as possible and in any event at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.
To avoid unfair delays to clients, if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointments it will be necessary to reschedule and a new booking fee will be required.
If you fail to show up for your appointment and fail to cancel that appointment by calling us prior to your scheduled time, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the fees applicable to the service(s) you had scheduled.
If you have previous lash work from another lash studio, you will be charged as a full set (not a fill). If our lash tech needs to remove any lash extensions from the previous lash studio, an additional $15 charge will be added to your total.
Must be 18+ y/o in order to receive any lash service.
6 Hour Cancellation:
A credit card info is required to book your appointment. A 6 hour cancellation policy is strictly enforced! Please understand that when you forget to cancel your appointment, other clients miss the opportunity to receive service. "NO SHOW" will be charged 100% of the reserved appointment. "Late to your appointment" we ask that you please plan ahead as we are located right in front of the Metra station. Being more than 4 minutes late to your appointment will be considered a “No Show” and will result in 100% charge of the full service you reserved for. Please understand that due to all the new COVID protocols we’ve enforced, we need to make sure to have enough time to properly disinfect everything after each customer.
We ask that you reschedule or cancel at least 6 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the cost of your service.
We do all of our bookings through our website which manages our calendar and availability, if you decide to book onsite, you will be asked to pay that appointment in full to book. This is to insure the artist that there won't be a no-show. Please understand that when you don't show, other clients miss the opportunity to be serviced. Otherwise you can always book on our website. Also keep in mind that since you did not book on our website, you will lose out on the reminders our system sends your to remind you of your upcoming appointments.
Due to the high volume of appointments being booked, we can not promise to be able to take you in for a service. Please keep in mind that each appointment has its own time frame and we will not rush to accommodate any walk in. Feel free to book an appointment here at browsbylucy.com
Due to changes our business has made in becoming a Permanent Cosmetic Tattoo Establishment, we have a NO KIDS ALLOWED policy. Sorry for the inconvenience this may cause. Please book accordingly. (Young adults/teens are allowed yet they must be receiving a hair removal service)

We are not responsible for any lost or misplaced items. We try our best to avoid any belongings left behind and we will keep them for you until you pick them up. But we are NOT responsible.
